A kinetic sculpture of a wave pendulum, first demonstrated by Ernst Mach for his Physics class a century ago. The action of the pendulum series is completely predictable mathematically. In this sculpture, the wave sequence requires exactly one minute. The title is from the often surprising emergent properties of simple systems.
